Overview
Isothermal amplification technology based isoQuarkF2 and isoQuarkM4 amplifies the nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) on the cells or infectious agent while keeping the specimen in specific temperature to examine diseases, confirms the real-time amplification and detects the fluorescent material combines with the genes via the fluorescent detector.
